Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for our products in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
The return policy applies to unused products in resalable condition. The product must be clean, odorless, and in its original condition.
Note regarding dog clothing: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have dog hair, dirt, or signs of use. We recommend trying the product on briefly indoors.
Conditions for Returns

- The product is clean (no hair or dirt)
- All tags and any original packaging are included
We reserve the right to deduct from the product's value if it is no longer in new condition.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the original product and place a new order for your desired size or item.
Refunds
We will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of approving the return.

If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact us – we will replace the item or refund your order.
